Superintendent's Public Forum

The Superintendent of Knox County Schools will conduct a second public forum October 14th as part of his formal entry plan. The forum will be held at Bearden Middle School on October 14 and begins at 6:00 p.m. The forum is open to all residents across Knox County.

The forum is designed for the Superintendent to hear community input and gather information as he develops his vision for the school system. Attendees will be asked to share their ideas and comments about the future of the Knox County Schools.

Topics for discussion may include:

• high quality instruction
• student achievement
• school district operations
• school security
• curriculum
• high standards
• or any educational areas which you wish to provide perspective.

I hope that you will be able to attend. Please note that we will be using information gathered from these forums to develop the vision for Knox County Schools.
